Some elements in tourism include arts, culture, and language, including natural tourist destinations, culinary, and handicrafts. Based on a book entitled It's Time to Explore Banyuwangi, published by Banyuwangi district government, Banyuwangi has various types of dance arts, including Gandrung dance, Seblang dance, Kuntulan, Kebo-Keboan, Angklong Paglak, Janger Damarwulan, Barong Oseng and many more. These arts and dances are as icons or symbols of Banyuwangi that are not owned by others. The culture and traditions in Banyuwangi include Tumpeng Sewu, Endog-Endogan , and Mepe Kasur.
